I give the persons listed below permission to collect my child from GWDA classes, and am aware GWDA might ask for ID if the child seems unsure of the adult collecting.

By choosing 'no' you are agreeing to the following statement:
My child is older, and I won't be collecting from the studio. They will be making their own way home / to our car and I authorise permission for this.

GWDA needs your consent to use your data. -To have on their registers as a means of safeguarding my child whilst under the care of GWDA - To email parents with the term invoices - To email parents with class, exam, show or summer school information relating to my child and their classes - GWDA will NOT share your details with any third party organisation. On occasion GWDA might take photos or videos of parts of our classes, if routines are looking particularly fabulous, or if we’re running a holiday workshop. These images would then be used on our website/ social media pages and possibly on posters for advertising. We would never state your child’s name.

We are currently looking to update our websites and posters, and for this will be getting some new photos from our classes - if you do NOT want your child involved in this, please select 'I do no give permission'.
